FAQs
Brain Power is a nootropic. Nootropics are a loosely defined, diverse class of compounds (could be nutrients, herbs, amino acids, drugs, adaptogens, vitamins, and more) that boost cognitive function in one way or another.
Brain Power is based off of four of the best nootropic compounds: Lion's Mane, Bacopa monnieri, Ginkgo Biloba, and Rhodiola Rosea

High Dosages For A Low Price
Formulated so you can feel it, in more places than your wallet. No more wondering if its placebo. Notice a difference on the first day.
Many nootropic formulas use the same ingredients. What they don't tell you is without a high enough dosage, the ingredients don't reach their full potential. The truth is: a nootropic is only as good as its dosage. We provide higher dosages than industry leaders, for a fraction of the price.

What You Can Expect:
Four Key Ingredients, Backed By Clinical Trails
Lion's Mane
A double blind, placebo controlled study gave either Lions Mane, or placebo, to subjects with minor cognitive impairment, everyday for 16 weeks, with assessments done at weeks 4, 8, 12, and 16. The group given Lions Mane showed significant improvement in cognitive scores, increasingly as Lions Mane use continued, however 4 weeks after stopping Lions Mane the scores decreased significantly, supporting the theory that Lion’s Mane improves cognition when being used regularly. source
Bacopa monnieri
One randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study took 98 random healthy subjects, split into two groups, and given either 300 milligrams per day of Bacopa, or an identical placebo. Neuropsychologic and memory assessments were performed at baseline and at 12 weeks. According to the assessments, Bacopa significantly improved verbal learning, memory acquisition, and delayed recall, leading the study to conclude “Bacopa significantly improved memory acquisition, this concurs with previous findings and traditional use.” source
Rhodiola Rosea
One placebo-controlled study tested the effects of Rhodiola Rosea on 56 young physicians working night duty at a hospital. Subjects were given Rhodiola Rosea tablets or placebo, then took tests involving focus, mental endurance, short-term memory, and attention span. The study found a "statistically significant improvement in cognitive tests" and a "reduction of fatigue", supporting Rhodiola Rosea's efficacy for mental endurance. source
Ginkgo Biloba
A research investigation involving 31 individuals who had experienced strokes examined the impact of Ginkgo supplementation on stroke recovery. The findings revealed that those who took Ginkgo exhibited reduced oxidative stress and inflammation, as well as improved antioxidant levels. Additionally, there was a more significant reduction in C-reactive protein and a rise in circulating antioxidants among these patients. source
